homas P. Tom has been practicing law in Orange County for over 28 years. Tom's practice focuses on personal injury and consumer warranty claims. He strives to meet his clients' expectations by aggressively and ethically litigating their claims. Tom lives in Coto de Caza with his wife Lynne and their three children, Kelly, Megan and Matthew. Thomas Madruga is a Senior Partner with Olivarez Madruga Lemieux O’Neill. Mr. Madruga oversees the firm’s litigation practice. His litigation experience includes a very broad range of clients and issues and provides a unique ability to proactively counsel and advise private and public clients away from costly litigation.
