Dale Nowicki is a nationally recognized executive attorney and General Counsel with extensive experience in complex litigation, corporate risk management, workplace investigations, mergers and acquisitions, and governance for nationwide organizations. A former U.S. Army special operations officer, helicopter pilot, and veteran law enforcement officer, Dale brings a unique operational and legal perspective to high-stakes matters involving civil rights, employment law, security operations, catastrophic injury, and corporate liability. Dale oversees nationwide legal strategy for a major security and surveillance enterprise and maintains a respected legal practice representing businesses, executives, and public figures in complex civil litigation and regulatory matters, including serving as counsel to a former National Security Advisor to the Trump Administration. He is also active in nonprofit leadership and veteran advocacy initiatives supporting veterans and mental health programs.

Mr. Cutchins has represented Markley Group and its affiliated entities since 2001. Prior to joining Markley Group, Mr. Cutchins completed his undergraduate education at Georgetown University and obtained his juris doctorate degree from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, DC with visiting credentials at the University of Southern California. Mr. Cutchins launched a successful legal career in finance, real estate and business litigation under Pierce O’Donnell at the law firm of O’Donnell & Shaeffer in Los Angeles, California. There, his exceptional business and legal intellect and writing skills were repeatedly recognized both in legal circles and in the legal decisions he influenced. Since joining Markley Group, Mr. Cutchins’ representation has helped guide the company through substantial growth, hundreds of new leasing and licensing transactions and numerous financing transactions. He currently serves on the company’s management committee as Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer.

John Jeffrey has been the General Counsel and Secretary at ICANN, the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers for the past 14 years. John has broad legal and business experience in the general business, technology and entertainment industries and has provided services to individuals, non-profits/trusts, and companies (from startups to Fortune 500 companies) as a deal-maker, litigator, corporate and intellectual property lawyer, and business executive. John has managed business functions relating to legal, strategic, corporate and business development, advertising, marketing, operations and public relations in various companies. Before joining ICANN, John spent four years at the Silicon Valley streaming media/Internet radio start-up Live365, where he was the Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy and General Counsel. While at Live365, John managed strategic and corporate development, business development, marketing, public relations, and governmental, business & legal affairs. He was actively involved in helping to frame the issues and public discussion surrounding the US Copyright Offices' Copyright Arbitration Royalty Panel (CARP) relating to Digital Sound Recording Performance Royalties for Webcasting and helped lead a grassroots effort that resulted in the passing of copyright legislation relating to webcasting royalties for small webcasters/internet radio. John also previously served as Director of Business and Legal Affairs and Senior Counsel of Legal Affairs at global entertainment company, Discovery Communications, Inc. (noted for the Discovery Channel, TLC, Travel Channel and others) where he negotiated television and technology deals for Discovery's content and distribution channels around the world. John began his in-house experience at News Corporation working on the business affairs and legal teams at Fox Television, during the launch of their cable television division and first websites. He was a member of the launch team for the cable channels FX and FXM: Movies from Fox. John started his legal career as a litigation attorney in Los Angeles defending businesses and professionals in United States' Federal Courts and California State Courts. He holds a political science degree from the University of Dayton, and a law degree from Southwestern University School of Law. John has been a member of the California, US Federal District Court (CD, CA), and US 9th Circuit Court of Appeals legal bar associations since 1988. John also managed his own media consulting business, Point Break Media.
