Diana B. Berlin is an attorney in Tarzana, California, affiliated with the Law Office of Diana B. Berlin. Her California State Bar record lists an active license, attorney number 207953, and an office at 18425 Burbank Boulevard, Suite 719. The firm represents applicants and plaintiffs, with workers’ compensation, employer-related actions and personal injury as its stated areas of emphasis. Its Southern California clientele includes people injured at work and in automobile accidents. Contingency fees are the firm’s stated arrangement for this work: it says there is no charge for its time unless a workers’ compensation or personal injury case ends successfully. The personal injury practice described on the firm’s website covers claims brought by injured individuals and families after a death. Road accidents are one part of that work, including cases involving driver negligence or poor road maintenance. Another is construction injury litigation involving inadequate safety equipment or supervision. The firm also lists bicycle and boating accidents, premises liability and catastrophic injury among its case types. Beyond those accident categories, the firm describes representing people seriously injured by products with manufacturing or design defects. Dog bites and slip-and-fall matters also appear in its practice description. These are the firm’s published practice areas, rather than a separate list of matters attributed to Berlin individually.

Diane Finston hails from McKeesport/Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania—home of the Steelers and the Pirates—and is an avid fan of her hometown sports teams. Although a lover of winter, nevertheless she moved west to California, settling first in Berkeley and then relocating to Los Angeles. Diane graduated with her Bachelor of Arts degree from University of California, Berkeley and then received her Juris Doctor from University of California at Davis. Her journey toward being a workers’ compensation attorney was not necessarily a direct route. Wanting to either be in politics or a cellist, and prior to attending UC Berkeley, Diane ended up at the University of Chicago Hospital as radiologist in the oral surgery trauma unit and was the first Director of the Berkeley Free Clinic Dental Clinic Program. Diane applied to the University of California, ostensibly to become a dentist, but ended up with a degree in Anthropology. After graduating law school, she became a family lawyer with an 18-year association with Steven Adams of the California Law Reports Organization. Going into her ninth year, Diane is blessed to now be a member of the Hinden & Breslavsky team, empowering injured workers to receive their legal and medical rights as a RIGHT, not a PRIVILEGE.
