Successfully defending major manufacturers, he has handled disputes involving a wide range of complex products, among them auto airbag deployment systems and transmission defect matters. Additionally, he has been involved with medical product liability matters ranging from medical catheters to veterinarian medical devices. With a reputation as a highly skilled litigator, he forcefully defends clients when disputes are unavoidable. Yet his extensive litigation background enables him to play a critical advisory role for his clients, helping them resolve issues to avoid situations and minimize risks that could lead to costly litigation.

Mrs. Nguyen graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 1999. She earned her law degree from Western State University School of Law and was admitted to the California Bar in 2002. She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Ninth Circuit and all California State Courts. Mrs. Nguyen's legal career includes experience in the areas of civil litigation and family law. She has authored several articles in the Daily Journal regarding family law related matters. Mrs. Nguyen has been a member of various professional organizations, including the American Bar Association (ABA) and the Orange County Asian-American Bar Association.
