Khushboo B. Vasandani is an associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Ms. Vasandani represents individuals and entities in a broad range of disputes, including real property, personal injury, landlord-tenant, and homeowner’s association matters. Ms. Vasandani earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology Law in 2005, a Bachelor’s degree in Legislative Law in 2010, and a Master’s degree in Business and Administrative Law in 2012 from the Savitribai Phule Pune University, India. Ms. Vasandani has extensive experience prosecuting and defending civil litigation lawsuits. Prior to joining the law firm, Ms. Vasandani was a trial attorney in India whose field of expertise included civil litigation, family matters, real estate litigation, unlawful detainer actions, and writ petitions. Ms. Vasandani moved to California in 2016 and worked as a plaintiff’s attorney, focusing on personal injury matters, primarily automobile and premises liability claims. During that time, she participated in numerous appeals and presented oral arguments before various courts in California.

Kim Katen Savo served as a trial deputy at the Federal Public Defender for the Central District of California for 20 years. After retiring from federal service, she joined McElroy Parris Trial Lawyers, where she represents plaintiffs in personal injury matters, focusing on complex products liability and medical malpractice cases. Widely recognized by judges, colleagues, and opposing counsel as one of the top trial lawyers to practice in federal court in Los Angeles, she brings extensive courtroom experience to every case. She earned her J.D. from UCLA School of Law in 2002 through the Public Interest Law Program, with a concentration in Critical Race Studies. Before law school, she completed a master’s degree in English Literature at UC Berkeley and is a proud alumna of Bryn Mawr College.

Kyle Tracy is an experienced attorney who has successfully litigated against multi-national, multi-billion dollar corporations. Kyle is one of the early pioneers of talcum powder litigation. Larry Buckley is the owner and founder of the firm. His expertise encompasses matters involving personal injury and wrongful death, products liability, insurance bad faith, and medical malpractice. Mr. Buckley graduated from California State University Chico, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Science with an emphasis in chemistry, physics, and mathematics. He then earned a Juris Doctorate degree from Gonzaga Law School, a top tier law school located in the Pacific Northwest. While in law school, Mr. Buckley was on the Deans List and received an American Jurisprudence Award for academic excellence in legal research and writing. He was also selected for the coveted position of judicial law clerk (extern) for the Honorable Robert L. Whaley (now the presiding Federal District Court Judge for the Eastern District of Washington). As a law clerk, Mr. Buckley was assigned a number of high profile cases, including a wrongful death case against a security alarm company stemming from the murders of several minors, a complicated products liability case involving an insurance coverage dispute, and an illegal gambling case against a number of prominent local citizens.
