His professional background extends beyond legal practice—he has owned and operated various small businesses, including an accounting and tax preparation service, supermarkets, and a hotel. This firsthand business experience informs his practical approach to resolving tax challenges for entrepreneurs and business owners.

Victor J Mastromarco, Jr. is a lifelong resident of Saginaw, Michigan. He graduated from Albion College , and received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Drake University Law School.
