Wade has been a member of the California State Bar, the United States District Court for the Northern District, the United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the Eastern District, the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals and has been a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Santa Clara County Bar Association. Mr. Wade graduated from the Rutgers University School of Law, where he earned his J.D.
