Gretchen von Helms is a Harvard educated lawyer who has practiced law for approximately 20 years. Guinness J. Costello is a thoughtful and effective advocate who is proud to exclusively represent plaintiffs, fiercely pursuing justice on behalf of all his clients. After receiving his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2019, Guinness began his career representing victims of utility caused fires throughout California. From there, Guinness went on to a nationally renowned victim’s advocacy law firm where he exclusively represented survivors of sexual abuse for several years. In this capacity, Guinness was appointed plaintiff’s liaison counsel in the LA Foster Cases, a grouping of more than 200 cases against the County of Los Angeles, among other defendants, stemming from abuse the Plaintiffs had suffered as foster youths.
