Among her notable successes, she has successfully tried employment cases in Los Angeles Superior Court obtaining verdicts in favor of her clients. Danielle also has extensive experience advising clients on a broad range of employment issues including recruiting, hiring, employment agreements, worker classification and management, discipline and termination, severance and separation agreements, background checks, leaves, wage and hour compliance and employee safety as well as conducting employee investigations and employer trainings.
