Immigration Law

13835 N. Tatum Blvd., Suite 9-428, Phoenix, AZ 85032

Alicia M. Wheeler is the founder of Wheeler Law and an attorney in Phoenix. The firm opened in January 2020; in an interview on its website, she identifies herself as its owner and managing attorney. Her professional service includes a term chairing the State Bar of Arizona’s immigration council in 2021–2022. The bar’s 2023–2024 Immigration Law Executive Council roster subsequently listed Wheeler as a member at large, identifying her firm as Wheeler Law, PLLC. Those are past appointments, rather than a description of a current council office. Before law school, Wheeler taught Spanish to middle school students in Atlanta. That two-year assignment followed her graduation from Bucknell University and was part of Teach for America. Teaching was work she enjoyed, though she had already planned to pursue law. At Bucknell, her two majors were Spanish and political science. She graduated magna cum laude and received the Charles Longley Prize for Political Science as its female recipient. Her Spanish studies included four and a half months in Granada, Spain, and a service trip to Nueva Vida, Nicaragua. Asked about learning the language, she also credited clients with giving her daily opportunities to practice it. Wheeler’s law degree is from Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. After passing the Arizona bar examination, her legal career included work at a large firm followed by a smaller one.

Bradley Biggs

Personal Injury Law

2020 S. McClintock Drive, Suite 109, Tempe, AZ 85282

For the majority my career I provided a defense for people and businesses insured by large national insurance companies. During this time, I thought I was fighting the good fight, defending those who were being sued for a simple lapse in judgment or an accident. All the while the insurance companies were behind the scene using mathematical formulas to figure out how much compensation should be paid to an injured victim. With time things started to change. I began defending large loss catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases. I also began to ask myself: How do you put a value on human life? How do you tell a father who lost his son that he was at fault for his son's death? How can one sit across from accident victims and families, who have lost lives and suffered horrible injuries, and try to argue that your client's employee was not responsible? I felt that a serious change was needed to align my morals with my law practice. As a result, I started representing accident victims and clients who have been harmed by others. In working with the various insurance companies, not only did I learn what the carriers were looking for, but I learned how they viewed victims and their attorneys. I know what it is like to be a defense attorney, the orders they take from the insurance companies and how they do their job. I now use this knowledge to fight for my clients and push the other side into doing what is right. I was born in Phoenix, raised in the East Valley and make my home in Gilbert. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my wife and our four young boys, reading, coaching youth sports, Crossfit and various outdoor activities.

Jeromy began College by studying music theory and composition with an emphasis on classical guitar. Today he still loves playing and composing music as a beloved hobby rather than his career. Being a student of martial arts from age 18 gave Jeromy an ambition to compete in mixed martial arts. For several years he trained intensively in Brazilian Jiu jitsu, Muay Thai, Judo, and American and Greco Roman Wrestling. Although Jeromy no longer competes in MMA, he still loves training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and still finds time for some occasional MMA sparing with teammates. Martial arts has helped Jeromy gain a high level of self-discipline, a love for guiding and teaching others and a fighter’s attitude which he applies to every facet of his life. During his college years, Jeromy took a position as a Corrections Officer in the Arizona State Prison system. He trained and served as a member of the Tactical Support Unit, as a Field Training Officer, Staff Instructor, and a Self Defense instructor. While there, he gained an invaluable understanding of strategy and found a love for problem solving and strategic thinking that he applies to his career as an attorney. Jeromy graduated with honors (Cum Laude) from Liberty University with a B.S. in Paralegal studies. He then attended and graduated from Arizona Summit Law School where he earned a place on the Dean’s list, gained leadership positions in several student bar organizations such as the federalist society and Jay Ruben Clark Law society and participated in Moot Court competitions. Immediately following his graduation from law school Jeromy studied for, took, and passed the bar exam and became a licensed attorney in the states of Arizona and New Mexico. Kristal Gruevski is the founder and chief executive officer of Zivoe, with a Scottsdale, Arizona, listing in the Lawyers of Distinction directory. Before appearing under that executive title, she was identified as Zivoe’s co-founder and general counsel in its September 17, 2025 newsletter. That newsletter outlined a trip to Asia to represent Zivoe at Korea Blockchain Week and Token2049. Her announced schedule included a Hack Seasons Conference keynote on tokenization. The company described these as upcoming appearances, rather than reporting on completed engagements. By August 5, 2026, Gruevski was speaking as founder and CEO in Zivoe’s announcement of a relationship with Volo. She described the combination in terms of Volo’s blockchain-market reach and Zivoe’s work sourcing, structuring and funding private-credit portfolios. Connecting capital on-chain with real-world lending was the purpose she emphasized. Volo, the announcement said, was investing through its digital fund and becoming an ecosystem partner. Zivoe calls itself a technology services provider. Its work includes assessing private-credit opportunities and structuring vaults, then deploying capital through selected lending partners. The company also oversees portfolio administration and reporting; Lighthouse is its portfolio reporting tool. Alongside the Volo announcement, Zivoe scheduled an August 8 migration of its existing offering’s tokenization and issuance infrastructure to infrastructure powered by Centrifuge. These are activities of the company Gruevski leads, whose team page now lists her as founder and CEO.
