Kristal Gruevski

Kristal Gruevski is the founder and chief executive officer of Zivoe, with a Scottsdale, Arizona, listing in the Lawyers of Distinction directory. Before appearing under that executive title, she was identified as Zivoe’s co-founder and general counsel in its September 17, 2025 newsletter.

That newsletter outlined a trip to Asia to represent Zivoe at Korea Blockchain Week and Token2049. Her announced schedule included a Hack Seasons Conference keynote on tokenization. The company described these as upcoming appearances, rather than reporting on completed engagements.

By August 5, 2026, Gruevski was speaking as founder and CEO in Zivoe’s announcement of a relationship with Volo. She described the combination in terms of Volo’s blockchain-market reach and Zivoe’s work sourcing, structuring and funding private-credit portfolios. Connecting capital on-chain with real-world lending was the purpose she emphasized. Volo, the announcement said, was investing through its digital fund and becoming an ecosystem partner.

Zivoe calls itself a technology services provider. Its work includes assessing private-credit opportunities and structuring vaults, then deploying capital through selected lending partners. The company also oversees portfolio administration and reporting; Lighthouse is its portfolio reporting tool. Alongside the Volo announcement, Zivoe scheduled an August 8 migration of its existing offering’s tokenization and issuance infrastructure to infrastructure powered by Centrifuge. These are activities of the company Gruevski leads, whose team page now lists her as founder and CEO.
