Ellen Hoke Babb was born in Greenville, South Carolina. A second generation attorney, Ms. Babb understands clients’ need compassionate results driven attorneys representing them. Ms. Babb studied at East China Normal University in Shanghai, China. She graduated with honors from Mercer Law School with an Advanced Legal Research, Drafting and Writing Certificate. While attending Mercer, she was on the American Bar Association Negotiation Team. Ms. Babb completed her undergraduate degree at Furman University. While a student at Furman, Ms. Babb presented a paper on The Effects of Signs on Pro-social Behavior to the Carolinas Conference/National Conference on Undergraduate Research. Born in Brooklyn, New York, George moved to Florence when he was 7 years old. After attending Southside Jr. High School and graduating from West Florence High School in 1974, where he served as Student Body President, George pursued higher education at the University of South Carolina, getting his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1978 and his law degree in 1982. He then practiced law in Columbia for two years before returning to Florence in 1984, joining with his oldest brother, Ronald, the Founding Partner at Jebaily Law Firm. George is licensed in both state and federal courts in South Carolina, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the South Carolina Bar Association, the Florence County Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, and the South Carolina Association for Justice (SCAJ) where he currently serves on the Board of Governors, and is a Trustee for SCAJ PAC. He is a past board member of Carolina Regional Legal Services Corp, a local entity helping the indigent gain access to legal services. George also currently serves as a board member on behalf of the Pee Dee Regional Transportation Authority (PDRTA).

Jacob Born is a partner who focuses his practice in the areas of catastrophic injury and wrongful death litigation. He represents clients and their families in nursing home, trucking, industrial worksite, and complex injury litigation cases. Jacob has devoted much of his professional career to finding answers to complex legal issues. The most rewarding part of Jacob’s practice is securing meaningful results for his clients when he is up against large corporations, nationwide trucking companies, and multi-national businesses. Jacob grew up in northeast Columbia. He is a 2001 graduate of Ridge View High School. He graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in Experimental Psychology. Jacob continued his professional career by attending the Charleston School of Law. He graduated in 2011. Jacob is licensed to practice law in the state and federal courts of South Carolina and Georgia. He is a contributing member of the American Association of Justice, South Carolina Association for Justice, and the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association. Jacob is an active member of the American Association of Justice’s nursing home, trucking, and motor-liability litigation groups. Jarrel L. Wigger was born in Wiesbaden, West Germany, in 1963 while his dad was stationed overseas in the United States Air Force. He grew up in Anderson, South Carolina. He has a B.A. Degree from the Citadel, where he lettered 4 years in wrestling, had cadet rank, and was on the training cadre for two years. He earned his Juris Doctorate Degree at Wake Forest University. He was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 1988; the United States Supreme Court in 1996; United States Court of Military Appeals, 1991; United States Federal District Court, 1992; and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals in 2002. He is a member of the Board of Governors, Workers' Compensation Claimant's Attorneys Association, Nominating Committee, South Carolina Workers' Compensation Claimant's Attorneys' Association, American Association for Justice, South Carolina Trial Lawyers Association, Speakers Bureau (1995); Medical Legal Liaison Committee (1996). He was named to Who's Who in American Law and was Board Certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is also a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a group formed to recognize attorneys with a case in excess of two million dollars. He has been designated as a "Super Lawyer" for a number of years. He served as a Navy Lieutenant in the Judge Advocate General's Corps from 1988 to 1992 and was in Desert Shield and the Panamanian action. He tried cases in Bahrain, Panama, Puerto Rico and Cuba. He has brought cases in almost all of South Carolina's counties and in 28 states. He has two children, a daughter, Amy and a son, Jordan.
