Steven Holinstat is a senior counsel in the Litigation Department. Over the past two decades, he has handled complex, high-profile litigations that have resulted in hundreds of millions of dollars in recoveries. The latter include a nine-figure settlement in the bankruptcy of Ocala Funding, LCC, in which Steve was the lead litigator in a series of fraudulent conveyance cases involving one of the largest frauds in the history of the residential mortgage industry. Steve has a broad and diverse background in all aspects of high-stakes commercial litigation and is one of the firm’s principal fiduciary litigators.
