After graduating from law school, I spent years representing and adamantly defending some of the biggest auto insurance companies in the world. Over that time period I learned the strategies put into place by those insurance companies and how to beat them. Now, I am so thankful to have the opportunity to help the victims of auto accidents and slip and fall injuries. I am fortunate to be an attorney that gets to fight for justice on behalf of my clients and hold insurance companies responsible for paying my clients what they are entitled to. I was raised in Michigan and relocated to Florida where I attended the University of Central Florida and Barry University School of Law. I am admitted to practice before all Florida State Courts and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. I am also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator as well as an Arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.

Jerry Pitkin is the lead attorney at Pitkin Law. Jerry’s practice is limited to representing people who have sustained injuries resulting from car accidents, commercial truck accidents, slip/trip fall accidents, insurance coverage disputes, and vehicle property damage. Jerry has vast litigation experience in cases representing consumers damaged by banking regulation violations and foreclosure defense, corporate matters, and construction disputes. Jerry’s community involvement has included coaching youth football and basketball, past President of Barron Collier High School Gridiron Club, and past legal counsel to the American Subcontractors Association. Jeremiah Fues is a passionate personal injury attorney dedicated to advocating for those harmed by corporate negligence. A 2015 graduate of Stetson University with a double major in History and American Studies and minors in Economics and Psychology, he later earned his law degree with honors from Stetson College of Law in 2018.
