Dennis Dore

Distinguished Lawyer

Personal Injury Law

1301 Riverplace Blvd., Suite 800, Jacksonville, FL 32207

Dennis Patrick Dore is a Jacksonville, Florida, attorney currently listed by The Florida Bar as not eligible to practice law in Florida. The Bar gives his status as “Delinquent - Fees” and names his firm as Dennis P. Dore, PLLC, with a mailing address on Riverplace Boulevard. Insurance defense figured in his earlier work at Kelley Kronenberg. By June 2014, Dore was a partner in the Jacksonville office and the firm’s lead trial counsel. His responsibilities extended from the start of litigation through trial and appeal in state and federal courts. The firm’s account of his practice included property insurance and coverage disputes, as well as product liability and construction litigation. It also named fraud and arson, motor vehicle liability and premises liability among his defense matters. A Hillsborough County case put Dore on the insurer’s side of a disputed sinkhole claim. The property owners sought payment under their homeowners policy, alleging that the carrier’s refusal to pay amounted to a breach of contract. Dore and fellow Kelley Kronenberg lawyer Jessica Lanifero obtained a defense jury verdict on November 5, 2014. In reporting the result, the firm said the defense had shown that the property sustained no physical damage during the policy period. Those trial and firm roles describe Dore’s career in 2014, not his present eligibility to represent clients in Florida.
