Additionally, Dr. Toikka has worked as a consultant for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the National Center for Research in Vocational Education. He is also admitted to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office to practice in patent matters. He has also been published in numerous professional journals and legal periodicals, including the American Economic Review, the Swedish Journal of Economics, the Journal of Economic Theory and the Journal of the Patent and Trademark Office Society. A graduate of prestigious universities, including Harvard College, Georgetown University, and the University of Wisconsin, Dr. Toikka holds a Bachelor and Master of Arts, a PhD, and a JD. His professional affiliations have included the American Bar Association, where he served as chairman of the subcommittee on damages of the litigation section committee on aviation. Beyond his status as an esteemed and hard-working figure in his industry, Dr. Toikka has been awarded many times for his professional endeavors. In addition to earning fellowships through the U.S. Department of Labor and the National Defense Education Act, Dr. Toikka has been featured in the 9th edition of Who’s Who in American Law.
