During law school, Julie was a recipient of the Marjorie Sullivan Scholarship awarded to those students who demonstrate an unusual determination in overcoming obstacles to pursue a legal education. She also received Honorable Mention by local judges and school faculty for her performance during the oral advocacy competition. Upon graduating, Julie was admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (2010), the state of Connecticut (2010) and the state of Florida (2012).
