Julie Hance

Julie Hance is the managing partner of Hance & Hance, PA. Ms. Hance practices almost exclusively in the areas of commercial real estate law and corporation and LLC formation. Ms. Hance graduated from college at the age of 19 with a Bachelor of Science degree in a pre-med program. Admitted to both the North Carolina and Ohio State Bars, Ms. Hance has been in private practice since 1996. Ms. Hance is a member of the North Carolina State Bar; North Carolina Bar Association, Real Property Section; and the Gaston County Bar Association. Ms. Hance has experience closing apartment complexes, fast-food restaurants, medical offices, and commercial and investment property large and small.

Ms. Hance has 3 grown children. She enjoys traveling with them and having adventures with her grandson.
