Heather’s passion for helping people avoid her experiences following the loss of her father has driven her to start her own successful law firm in 2014. As a firm that focuses on Estate Planning and Business Law, her practice has a singular goal of providing professional, personal service to help people prepare a plan to care for their family in their absence. Prior to opening her own firm, Heather practiced in the areas of contract litigation, creditors’ rights, real estate and family law. Heather is licensed to practice in Arizona (since 2008) and Illinois (since 2000). She earned her B.S. Business Management-Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, and her law degree from The John Marshall Law School, in Chicago. Heather enjoys giving back to her community and has served on the Board of several not-for-profit organizations, as well as volunteers her time with groups that feed the hungry, house local homeless families, and help children in her area.

Ms. Davis has been practicing family law for over 20 years and focuses on complex divorce and custody litigation. Ms. Davis is the prior President and Chair of the Firm and also is an Adjunct Professor at Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. Area of Practice: Estate Planning & Probate Ilene L. McCauley has been a member of the State Bar of Arizona since 1982. She has been certified by the Arizona Board of Legal Specialization as a Certified Specialist in Taxation since 1983. She was named “Top Estate Planning Attorney” in the Valley 2011 through 2019 and has a “superb” rating from AVVO since 2015. Ms. McCauley is a member of Wealth Counsel. She was selected by the Tax Advisory Commission to serve an appointment on the Tax Advisory Commission of the State Bar of Arizona. She was formerly appointed to the position of Adjunct Professor at the Estate and Wealth Strategies Institute at Michigan State University and has taught advanced tax, business, and estate planning courses via the internet. Ms. McCauley earned her BA from Binghamton University; her JD from Hofstra University School of Law; her LLM (Masters of Law in Taxation) from DePaul University School of Law and her second post-doctoral degree in Advanced Tax and Estate Planning from the Esperti-Peterson Institute.
