About Robert
Robert G. Androsiglio is a personal injury attorney in New York City and the founding managing partner of Monarch Law Group. He opened Monarch in October 2018 to represent plaintiffs; the firm lists its city office at 30 Wall Street and a Long Island office in Melville.
Before Monarch, Androsiglio ran a personal injury practice that eventually merged with a New Jersey firm whose specialty was personal injury defense. His own work remained on the plaintiff side. As managing partner of the merged practice’s New York offices, he personally handled its plaintiff personal injury matters. Earlier, at a small general practice firm, his assignments ranged from preparing pleadings and memorandums to conducting trials.
His background also includes work outside law. Raised in Astoria, Queens, Androsiglio held handyman and fireman jobs with the New York City Board of Education while studying in college and law school. The work included shoveling coal into school boilers at night to provide heat for the following day.
Androsiglio’s undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Arts from Hofstra University. His firm biography places completion of his law degree in 1990 and his admission to the bar in February 1991. It describes a career that began in general practice, moved into his own injury-focused firm, and later included management of New York offices before he established Monarch.
