Miguel Delgado

Miguel Delgado is a Las Vegas attorney and the owner of Delgado Injury Law, with a practice focused on Nevada workers’ compensation. His path into that field included a postgraduation clerkship with the Nevada Attorney for Injured Workers. In 2018, he joined a local firm to develop its workers’ compensation practice, before establishing Delgado Injury Law in 2021.

The State Bar of Nevada identifies him as an active attorney under bar number 14700 and records his membership as beginning on May 9, 2018. Its directory lists Delgado Injury Law as his firm and gives his professional address as 6392 McLeod Drive, Suites 5 & 6, in Las Vegas.

Delgado was born in Cuba and came to the United States in 2004. His studies took him from business administration at community college to UNLV’s Boyd School of Law. He worked while studying full time and graduated with pro bono honors. His background also includes service as vice president of La Voz and volunteer work on a human rights project with the Culinary Union.

Before his clerkship with the Nevada Attorney for Injured Workers, Delgado completed internships with the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada and the Clark County District Attorney’s Office. His subsequent work with the state’s injured-worker office introduced him to the workers’ compensation system that became the focus of his legal career.
