Mr. Donnellan is a founding partner, member of the firm’s Executive Committee and the Managing Partner of DelBello Donnellan Weingarten Wise & Wiederkehr. In addition to managing the firm, Mr. Donnellan focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and real estate development with an emphasis on large scale urban renewal redevelopment projects. He represents clients in connection with the acquisition, development, financing and disposition of all types of real estate including office, residential, hotel, condominium and retail, as well as public and private partnerships. He has acted as lead counsel in connection with some of the largest and most complex real estate projects in Westchester. Mr. Donnellan is Chairman of the Board of Visitors of Pace University School of Law. He also served as President of Legal Services of the Hudson Valley, a not for profit organization that provides free civil legal services for low income individuals, from 2006 to 2021.

Aliette serves as lead trial counsel for companies involved in disputes in state and federal courts, in arbitration and before administrative agencies. Aliette has built a reputation as a tenacious commercial litigator who advocates for U.S. and foreign companies, institutions in national and international disputes, and individuals in court or through alternative resolutions. Aliette has experience litigating across numerous industries, including real estate, banking, creditors’ rights, construction, insurance, gaming, professional services and aviation. She has represented oil companies, banks, casinos, funds, hospitals, large land proprietors and developers in complex business disputes, commercial and residential foreclosures, bank and creditors’ rights litigation, insurance litigation, consumer credit, contract disputes, ERISA, landlord-tenant litigation, libel, negligence, and personal injury. She also represents international businesses with claims in the U.S. as well as American clients with claims abroad. She has handled all forms of international discovery and Hague Convention procedures, and has worked on International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) arbitrations. Aliette is a member of the Cuban-American Bar Association, heads the firm’s Cuba Task Force and regularly assists clients with their business prospects in Cuba based on the changes in U.S./Cuba regulations.

Allen A. Woodward, Esq. has been a tax consultant for over a decade. His experience includes working with small to mid-sized companies as well as international conglomerates with multi-billion-dollar average annual gross receipts. Allen has worked for leading research and development tax firm alliantgroup LP of Houston, where he was recognized as a top performing associate in 2015, and for Big 4 accounting firm: KPMG LLP, as a member of the Accounting Methods and Credits Services Tax Practice. Allen has represented the interests of companies such as Toyota, Konami, Consolidated Edison, and Allergan Pharmaceuticals; and identified tens of millions of dollars in tax incentives and benefits. Aside from his credentials as an Attorney, Allen earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Entrepreneurship from Hampton University, an MBA from Dowling College, and held leadership positions in Fortune 100 Companies such as The Disney Company and Target Corporation. Prior to joining alliantgroup LP, Attorney Woodward served as a Judicial Law Clerk at the United States District Court for the U.S. Virgin Islands.
