Joe co-founded Stevens & Malone, LLP in 2007. Prior to moving to Wimberley in 2006, Joe practiced law in Chicago at two busy litigation firms. Joe focuses his practice primarily in the areas of real estate and title law, business transactional law, business formations, wills, general estate planning and probate. Joe considers it a privilege to live and work in Wimberley, Texas and be a member of its great community. Joe currently serves as a member of the Wimberley Independent School District Board of Trustees, is a Director of the Wimberley Education Foundation, also having served as its past President, and is a Director of the Wimberley Valley Habitat for Humanity.

Josh graduated from the University of Central Florida, cum laude, in 2000. Josh earned his juris doctor, with honors, in 2004 from Nova Southeastern University. Josh is currently the President of the Board of Directors for the Mental Health Association of Southwest Florida, a member of the Board of Directors of the Foundation for Developmentally Disabled, and a member of the Advisory Board of the Salvation Army. He also served as chair of the Real Estate Section of the Collier County Bar Association in 2010-2011. His practice is concentrated on commercial and residential real property transactions, construction, corporate and commercial lending.

Julie Hance is the managing partner of Hance & Hance, PA. Ms. Hance practices almost exclusively in the areas of commercial real estate law and corporation and LLC formation. Ms. Hance graduated from college at the age of 19 with a Bachelor of Science degree in a pre-med program. Admitted to both the North Carolina and Ohio State Bars, Ms. Hance has been in private practice since 1996. Ms. Hance is a member of the North Carolina State Bar; North Carolina Bar Association, Real Property Section; and the Gaston County Bar Association. Ms. Hance has experience closing apartment complexes, fast-food restaurants, medical offices, and commercial and investment property large and small. Ms. Hance has 3 grown children. She enjoys traveling with them and having adventures with her grandson.
