Steven Mirsky started his career as an in-house general counsel and senior executive at a financial services company. For over a decade, he worked with many “BigLaw” firms, analyzing the weaknesses in their business models and identifying the roadblocks that prevented clients from realizing the value of fantastic legal representation. Mirsky was disillusioned by the existing business model of law firms and sought to provide something more valuable for the client. As a senior executive, he recognized that businesses must focus on their core strength – and outsource the rest. Time and again, business after business, Mirsky proved his theory correct. Throughout his years of hands-on experience, Mirsky has managed the day-to-day operations of a company with a $1B portfolio, built network infrastructure, designed software and AI and and managed programmers, employees, non-attorneys, and vendor relationships. He has helped his clients increase their revenue (in one case, by 100% within six months), climb out of bankruptcy, achieve cost-effective settlements for employment disputes, and negotiate large acquisitions in the equipment finance industry. Driven by a desire to help more business owners and positively impact more lives, Mirsky made the decision to serve others as outside general counsel. With the launch of MCA, his goal is to modernize and optimize business practices, ultimately boosting cash flow and longevity.

Travis Beck represents clients in various civil litigation matters including labor & employment, business litigation, commercial litigation, intellectual property, and real estate. Prior to joining Call & Jensen, Mr. Beck practiced at a boutique law firm focused on labor & employment representing aggrieved employees in a variety of matters. He has managed cases in both state and federal court and arbitration proceedings throughout every phase, including initial pleadings, discovery, preparing and arguing dispositive motions, mediation, settlement, and trial. He actively litigates each case and has prepared many cases for trial, advocating to achieve the best results for his clients, including obtaining numerous favorable settlements. Mr. Beck now brings his litigation experience to represent plaintiffs and defendants at Call & Jensen. Mr. Beck earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law, while also receiving a certificate from the Palmer Center for Entrepreneurship and the Law. During law school, Mr. Beck gained essential legal experience by working for a business litigation firm in Pennsylvania, assisting in-house counsel for a major real estate investment group, and serving as a certified law clerk for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office. Moreover, Mr. Beck gained hands-on experience in the Disaster Relief Clinic assisting individuals whose lives were insurmountably affected by the Woolsey fire – the largest recorded fire in the Santa Monica Mountains Recreation Area. Additionally, as a member of Pepperdine’s Startup Law Clinic, Mr. Beck assisted new entrepreneurs with entity formation, capitalization, corporate governance, user agreements, angel investor financings, and venture capital. Mr. Beck graduated from Central Washington University where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a dual minor in Philosophy and Law & Justice.

Certified as a Family Law Specialist by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization, Wendy Fountain is an accomplished attorney with two decades of legal experience. She believes in working closely with her clients to identify their goals and then fights to make these a reality, no matter how difficult the road may be. Wendy earned her undergraduate degree at California State University in 1993 and went on to earn her Juris Doctor degree from Western State University College of Law in 1997. Early in her career, she worked as a Deputy District Attorney at the Orange County District Attorney’s Office. She went into private practice in 2003 and developed an accomplished family law practice in her own right, before joining Sullivan Law & Associates several years ago. Respected and recognized in the field of family law, Wendy has dedicated a considerable amount of her time to her community, including working with Women in Need, a local program to help victims of domestic violence. She has lectured at the Orange County Paralegal Association and was president-elect of the Orange County Bar Family Law Executive Committee from 2013-2014. Wendy is also a member of the Robert A. Banyard, Inns of Courts and has been for over 10 years. A Southern California native, Wendy has strong ties to the local community. She enjoys living in Orange County and spending time with her husband and two children.
