Jennifer Gorn

Jennifer M. Gorn is a personal injury and medical malpractice attorney and partner at MacGillis Law Group in Elm Grove, Wisconsin. She represents individuals and families in matters involving serious injuries. Her earlier practice included work at Warshafsky Law Firm in Milwaukee, where her employment history records an attorney position from September 2022 to March 2026. She joined MacGillis as a partner in March 2026.

Before entering the legal profession, Gorn spent nearly a decade working in emergency departments across southeastern Wisconsin. She also served as a licensed emergency medical technician. Her work in health care preceded a legal career that began with representing injured people at a personal injury firm in Illinois.

Gorn earned her Juris Doctor with cum laude honors from Northern Illinois University College of Law. After her initial work in Illinois, she returned to Burlington, Wisconsin, her hometown. In Burlington, she developed a litigation practice covering a range of civil matters and became a named partner. Her employment history lists a partnership at Wanasek, Scholze, Ludwig, Ekes & Gorn, SC from December 2016 to November 2022.

In 2022, Gorn narrowed her practice to personal injury and medical malpractice litigation. Her experience representing clients includes trials, arbitration and mediation. Alongside her legal work, she volunteers as a mentor through the State Bar of Wisconsin.
