About Ryan
Ryan Odegard is a Seattle personal injury attorney who founded Odegard Law. A Pacific Northwest native, he earned a Bachelor of Arts from Gonzaga University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Notre Dame Law School.
His legal career began in the King County Prosecutor’s Office in downtown Seattle. As a deputy prosecuting attorney, he worked in both the District Court Unit and the Felony Trial Unit. He appeared on behalf of Washington State at hearings concerning vehicular homicides, murders, assaults, and extreme risk protection orders.
Odegard moved into civil practice at a personal injury firm before opening his own firm. During that earlier personal injury work, he represented hundreds of clients, with recoveries involving collisions in parking lots, on highways, and on local roads, as well as rear-end crashes. He established Odegard Law to provide personal injury representation to a limited number of clients.
The firm’s work encompasses car accident, spine injury, and wrongful death matters throughout Seattle and Washington State. Odegard Law describes its services as including insurance claim management, medical billing matters, and settlement negotiations. It also tracks and negotiates medical liens and insurance subrogation. The firm represents English- and Spanish-speaking injury clients and serves King County as well as other Washington communities. Its office is on Interurban Avenue South in Seattle.
