Having immigrated as an international student to the United States in order to pursue a master’s degree in engineering and having been employed with a large firm as the only OPT and H-1B visa holder. Based on my personal experience, I understand the challenges that immigrants and their employers face while navigating the legal system within the United States.

After realizing that most of the legal issues can be effectively resolved by a clear understanding of the cultural and legal issues immigrants face, I attended Law School with the intent of implementing my realization. The firm was formed with an understanding of the needs of the immigrants and the businesses.

Our goal is to serve the community by offering a one-stop solution for all their legal needs while providing the best quality of service at a reasonable cost by making the best use of technology. While we started as an immigration law firm, we have expanded into other areas of law after obtaining various state licenses. Unlike a traditional immigration law firm, we handle all sorts of DOL/USCIS audits, Wage and Hour claims, contract drafting, collection matters, wage theft matters, family law matters, personal injury cases, criminal cases, Wills & Trusts and real estate matters. As of today, we are proud to state that our team is licensed to practice in the highest courts of at least 16 states and a few federal courts. Our multijurisdictional practice, compounded with our multiple office locations, makes our firm truly a one-stop legal shop for our clients. ​
