About Leland A.
Leland A. Reinhard is a personal injury attorney in Cleburne, Texas. Truck crashes and collisions involving delivery companies are the focus described in his Reinhard & Barnett biography, which names Amazon, FedEx and UPS. His trial work has also included claims against drunk drivers and cases involving serious injuries caused by unrestrained dogs. The firm lists his board certification in Personal Injury Trial Law through the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
Reinhard received his Texas law license on May 18, 1976; the State Bar lists him as eligible to practice. He earned his law degree at Baylor University. While there, he worked on the Baylor Law Review as an associate editor, and the faculty chose him for a national mock trial competition. His training also includes the Trial Lawyers College in Dubois, Wyoming, where he studied with Gerry Spence.
For 17 years, Reinhard served on the Texas Lawyers Assistance Program Committee. The State Bar recognized that work with a citation. He chaired its District 7 grievance body from 2018 to 2022 and has taught in its Advanced Personal Injury Law Course. Outside those bar activities, he has held board positions with Arlington Charities and the Crowley–Sheeran Trust.
Investigator Cliff Carpenter Jr. has worked with Reinhard on client cases for more than 40 years, according to the firm. Carpenter supervises and conducts the firm’s investigations.
