About Erinn
Erinn G. Brown leads a family law trial practice with offices in Pearland and Houston’s River Oaks area. Before establishing Erinn G. Brown, Trial Lawyers in 2010, she worked on both prosecution and family law matters in Brazoria County. Her first legal position was as a felony prosecutor; she went on to head the Children’s Protective Services Division. A move to a boutique family law firm in the county followed, and she became a partner there before opening her own firm.
Divorce cases involving substantial assets and business valuations are among the matters described in Brown’s biography. So are contested custody cases and disputes over relocation. Her listed work also covers paternity, parental rights, protective orders and allegations of family violence. After a decree, she handles modification and enforcement proceedings. The biography reports more than 100 jury trials and hundreds of bench trials in Texas, including work taking over cases from other attorneys as trial approaches.
Brown remains the founder and lead trial attorney of the firm. Its geographic reach includes Brazoria, Harris, Galveston, Fort Bend and Montgomery counties, along with other Texas counties. The State Bar of Texas records her under the name Erinn Genelle Brown, identifies her occupation as private law practice and lists her as eligible to practice in Texas. Her Texas license dates to May 5, 2003.
