Yadira brings her client-focused approach and attention to detail to McCarty Law. She has represented clients throughout a variety of family law issues and works hard to provide assistance to minimize conflict as well as costs. Yadira is passionate about helping people through what is often one of the most difficult and stressful times they will go through in their lives. After meeting Yadira, clients have a clear picture of their particular situation, an understanding of the options available to them, and a plan specific to reaching their individual goals. In addition to serving as an advocate for her clients, Yadira also serves as a Guardian Ad Litem to advocate for the children’s best interest in various family disputes. Yadira was named one of the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys for Excellence in the Field of Family Law in 2018.
