William Holloway Family and Divorce Law

Will Holloway focuses his practice in the area of Family Law – including Divorce and Post-Divorce. He earned his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the University of Tennessee College Of Law with a Concentration in Advocacy and Dispute Resolution. During law school, Will worked as a Court Officer for the Circuit Court Judges of the 21st District in Williamson, Hickman, Lewis, and Perry Counties. Will works to ensure that his clients understand the nature of their case, the rights afforded to them, and the best way to achieve the desired outcome. Active in the legal community, Will serves as Vice Chair of the Tennessee Bar Association’s Mock Trial Committee. In addition, he is a member of the Williamson Bar Association and the Tennessee Bar Association. Will has received the Client Distinction Award from Martindale Hubbell and has received a Superb attorney rating from avvo.com. Over the last several years, Will has focused his work exclusively in the family law arena. His specialty is divorce and post-divorce law.
