Area of Practice: Complex Criminal & Civil Litigation
In a diverse career, Glenn Burns has been an Assistant Attorney General of Louisiana, an Assistant United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Louisiana, partner with the firms Monroe & Leman as well as Hailey, McNamara, Hall, Larman & Papale. He has handled criminal matters in such areas as white-collar criminal defense and prosecution of present and former public officials, banking, and corporate executives. Civil litigation includes defense of wrongful death, toxic tort, mass tort class actions, qui tam claims, legal and medical malpractice claims, and civil RICO matters.
In non-litigation matters, Glenn has handled public utility regulation and internal investigations for government contractors, hospitals, and public utilities.
