Vincent Hughes is an alumni of Trinity Law School (Santa Ana, CA) and passed the California Bar Examination on his very first attempt. Prior to becoming a licensed attorney, Mr. Hughes spent years in the legal field beginning with a Paralegal Degree (Mt. San Antonio College, Walnut, CA) and working at multiple law firms with varying practice areas. In law school, Mr. Hughes interned with the Orange County Superior Court as a DRPA-certified mediator in the small claims and civil harassment courts. Also, while in law school, he obtained certified law student status and appeared in many matters under the direct supervision of his supervising attorney. While waiting on his Bar Examination results, Mr. Hughes obtained the title of Provisionally Licensed Lawyer and gained court experience in Criminal, Traffic, and Civil matters, including participating in many traffic trials.
During his tenure as a student at Trinity Law School, Vincent obtained American Jurisprudence awards in many classes, including: Criminal Law, Contracts, Legal Research and Writing, Civil Procedure, Business Associations, and Advanced Exam Approaches and Skills. American Jurisprudence awards are prestigious awards presented to the law student who demonstrates outstanding scholastic achievement in a particular course.
Vincent's experience is wide-ranging and includes extensive knowledge in criminal law, traffic-related matters, and civil matters. In addition to his courtroom experience, Mr. Hughes is highly skilled in both legal research and writing and oral advocacy.
