Tim Bailey centers his practice on the dignity and safety of workers. Born in Mullens and raised in Man, West Virginia, he has first-hand knowledge of the dangers and sacrifices experienced in the heart of coal country. His experience includes trucking cases involving serious bodily injury or death and cases resulting from defectively designed automobiles and mining equipment. He received his J.D. in 1991 from West Virginia University College of Law, Morgantown, West Virginia. He received his B.S. in 1988 from West Virginia University, Morgantown, West Virginia.
