Mr. Moschetti has been a real estate broker for over six years and has been practicing real estate law for 15 years. In his experience he has often found that individuals who relied on the advice of friends and real estate agents as opposed to a trusted attorney have seen worse outcomes and an increased chance of unneeded litigation.
