A native of South Florida, Scott Harrison Holtz worked for nearly four years as a prosecutor at the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office including an appointment to the Organized Crime Unit. Mr. Holtz has conducted over one hundred and fifty jury and non-jury trials during his time as a prosecutor, ranging from traffic offenses and misdemeanors to drug crimes, attempted murders and complex fraud.
