Ms. Beason is admitted to practice law in the State of Oklahoma and in the United States District Court, the Western District of Oklahoma. Ms. Beason previously served as an Assistant District Attorney for Oklahoma Judicial District III and had numerous trials as an assistant district attorney. Such criminal trials included, but are not limited to: (a) murder, (b) child abuse, (c) manufacture of methamphetamine, (d) distribution of a controlled dangerous substance, and (e) shooting with intent to kill. Ms. Beason entered private practice in 2003 and opened the Beason Law Firm, P.L.L.C. She currently serves clients in a variety of cases in the areas of bankruptcy law, appellate law, family law, adoption, guardianship, dissolution/divorce, business formation, criminal defense, civil litigation and criminal defense litgation, wills, trusts and probate.
