Paul practices in the areas of significant personal injury, wrongful death, ethics and professional malpractice. He previously served as an Adjunct Professor of Medical and Research Ethics at Midwestern University and the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine and is currently an Adjunct Professor with the Sandra Day O'Connor School of Law at Arizona State University.
He has been a Judge Pro Tempore since 2005 and has served on various Supreme Court Boards, Disciplinary Panel and Fee Arbitration Committee.
Paul is a Board Certified Pre-Trial and Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy/National Board of Legal Specialty Certification and is Board Certified by the State Bar of Arizona Board of Legal Specialization in the area of Injury and Wrongful Death Litigation. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys for Medical Malpractice. Paul is also an Associate with the American Board of Trial Advocates since 2012.
