Olivia Vaden's practice focuses on both criminal and civil litigation, with an emphasis on intellectual property matters (copyright, trademark and trade secrets), contract disputes, wrongful termination and sports law. She also has a rich pro bono portfolio, where she handles immigration cases, nonprofit incorporation (tax-exempt status, Board governance and chapter affiliation), and is part of the Policing Working Group in the Law Firm Antiracism Alliance. Olivia represents a diverse client base, from multi-national corporations, foreign clients and individuals, and has experience working on global case teams, giving her her a well-rounded and diversified practice.
Olivia received her JD from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she served as a Notes Editor for the Virginia Law Review. Olivia received her BA (magna cum laude) from the University of California, San Diego, where she majored in Political Science - Comparative Politics and minored in History.
