Mulon Elodie

Elodie Mulon is a family-law practitioner and partner at Chauveau Mulon & Associés in Paris. Her practice covers both the property and non-property aspects of family law. The firm is based at 27 rue Duret, Paris.

Alongside her legal practice, Mulon writes articles and commentaries for specialist legal publications and speaks at conferences on family law. She is scientific co-director of a specialist family-law journal and is responsible for family-law teaching at the Ecole de Formation du Barreau. She also provides media commentary on family-law issues arising in current events.

Her professional activities include the presidency of the Institut du Droit de la Famille et du Patrimoine and of the Centre d’Arbitrage des Litiges Familiaux. She belongs to the Paris Bar’s Family Commission, as well as associations concerned with collaborative practice and family law. Her international memberships include the Union Internationale des Avocats and the International Academy of Family Law. After serving as an expert on the Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe’s Family and Inheritance Law Committee, she became its chair.

Mulon’s earlier representative positions include treasurer and then general secretary of the national federation of young lawyers’ unions, FNUJA. She also served as secretary of the Bureau of the French National Bar Council for the 2018–2020 term.
