A native of New Caledonia, Morghân joined Véronique Chauveau & Associés in 2019 before becoming a partner in 2022.
She has, among other things, worked in the Office of European Union Law, Private International Law and Mutual Assistance in Civil Matters of the French Ministry of Justice. This office is the French Central Authority for the Hague Convention of 25 October 1980 on the international wrongful removal of children.
She has also participated in the negotiation of European regulations and international family mediation.
These experiences have enabled her to acquire expertise in both private international family law and French family law.
Morghân is a graduate of the University Montesquieu - Bordeaux IV (Master I in general private law and Master II in international and European law). She provides training in private international law to professionals.
