Michael Katz practices exclusively child welfare and education law. Michael has dedicated his professional career to assisting families navigate the often complex and emotionally challenging child welfare and education arenas. Michael strongly believes that his clients need to be knowledgeable about legal issues directly impacting their families so that they can be empowered to make decisions that best meet their families' needs.
Michael began his professional career as an elementary school teacher then transitioned to the legal field and has spent the past twenty-five years representing abused and neglected children, helping them achieve permanent, safe, loving "forever" homes. Michael also established his own law firm that handles all aspects of family law cases including providing representation in special education cases, advocacy that is close to Michael's heart.
Michael's passion for providing a voice to those in need has been at the hallmark of his professional career.
