Legal Malpractice
Mark is an experienced trial lawyer and problem solver. Each and every client, no matter the controversy, deserves and gets Mark’s best. Mark takes both a personal and practical approach to representing his clients, which begins with getting to know each client and his or her personal and legal goals. A leader in the courtroom, the community, and the office, Mark works tirelessly to achieve optimal results for his clients. That is why Mark has an impressive record of success in commercial disputes and cases involving catastrophic injuries and professional malpractice. A graduate of Brooklyn High School, Mark graduated summa cum laude from Bowling Green State University where he was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Case Western Reserve University in 1996 where he was inducted into the Order of the Barristers, a national honor society recognizing achievement in advocacy. Upon passing the bar, Mark worked as Bill Wuliger’s associate for 8 years. He then sought new challenges working for larger plaintiff and defense litigation firms. While he grew professionally from those experiences, he missed the personal connection with clients that comes from working at a small firm. So in 2014, Mark returned to his roots and rejoined Wuliger & Wuliger. When he is not practicing law, Mark is a devoted husband to his wife, Laura, and father to their children, Kyra and Connor. Mark is “all in” and an avid fan of the Cavs, Indians and Browns. He also does volunteer work for Autism Speaks and the Westlake Schools.
