He has argued cases in the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and United States District Court Western District of Pennsylvania in 2012 and the United States District Court for the District of Maryland in 2016. He graduated from Penn State University in 2001 with a degree in Agricultural Systems Management. Marc earned a Juris Doctor degree from West Virginia University College of Law in 2012. In addition to practicing as an attorney, he is also the president of WestEco Company.
