Lynn has considerable expertise in handling guardianship and conservatorship cases before the Probate Courts. She collaborates with attorneys from the Litigation Group within the firm, representing individual and corporate fiduciaries in probate, guardianship, and trust proceedings involving fiduciary liability issues, will contests, accountings, and related court matters.

Lynn's legal career began with a clerkship at the Rhode Island Supreme Court, serving as a law clerk to The Honorable Chief Justice Joseph R. Weisberger and Associate Justice Robert G. Flanders. She then joined the law firm Hinckley, Allen & Snyder, practicing in both their Providence and Boston offices.
