Strategic, solutions-oriented legal and business executive with over 30 years’ experience in the legal and global biopharmaceutical industries, including over a decade with a major Boston law firm (6 as partner) and over 17 years in-house including as Head of North America Medical Governance, head lawyer for U.S. R&D and Medical for all therapeutic areas, and global roles at a public multinational biopharmaceutical company, plus concurrent service as a consultant and Independent Board of Directors at three start-up biotechnology companies over the past 10 years. Served on numerous for-profit corporate and non-profit boards as Chairman, President, Director, and Committee Chairs across a variety of industries, geographies and scales, including biopharmaceuticals, start-up companies, the legal profession, philanthropic organizations, and local community organizations.
