Lee Sobieski a partner at Berger Berger & Sobieski, has been with the firm for a total of almost seven years. He has been practicing law since 2011. He is admitted to practice by the New York Bar. His area of concentration is immigration law. He assists clients in various immigration-related issues, such as obtaining their green cards, through either employment or through their relatives or spouses. He also assist other clients in obtaining work Visas, usually H Visas. Additionally he also drafts various motions and court briefs, and perform legal research on various immigration issues. Mr. Sobieski graduated from the University of NY at Buffalo with a Bachelor of Arts (BA), in Social Sciences, 2007.
