Kimberly Miller graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelors Degree in Agricultural Economics in May of 2001 from Oklahoma State University. She received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in May of 2004. Kimberly became licensed to practice law in the State of Oklahoma and the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma in 2004. She was an Assistant District Attorney for the Cleveland County District Attorney for one year. She then was an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Oklahoma until December of 2006. Kimberly then began working in the oil and gas industry in January 2007 and has continued to focus her practice on oil and gas until early 2020. Kimberly started her own firm in 2020 and changed the focus of her practice to Estate Planning.
