Kevin A. Wells is an associate attorney with the Law Offices of Floyd Skeren Manukian Langevin, LLP working in the firm’s San Diego office. Mr. Wells obtained his undergraduate degree in Communications at Arizona State University before obtaining his Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law. Prior to joining the Law Offices of Floyd Skeren Manukian Langevin, Mr. Wells obtained workers’ compensation experience in the San Diego and Orange County areas. Mr. Wells came to the Law Offices of Floyd Skeren Manukian Langevin in 2007 as a welcome addition to the firm’s litigation team. Mr. Wells practices all areas of workers’ compensation defense including standard claim litigation and §132(a) and serious and willful misconduct allegations.
