Mr. Hopper graduated with his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Texas Tech University in 1993. The following year, Kevin moved to Raleigh in and opened his own practice. He has since practiced at all trial levels in North Carolina in Wake County (and surrounding counties), where he maintains a trial practice with a primary focus on family law and civil litigation. He has extensive experience in complex child custody and support cases, including matters involving adoption, children with special needs, and/or same-sex parents, alimony and post-separation support, as well as equitable distribution.
